With over 15 years of experience in classical Pilates, Ghazaleh Zandieh specializes in teaching the original Contrology method created by Joseph Pilates.
She guides students through the Return to Life repertoire, helping participants improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness in a supportive environment.
Her workshops focus on precision, flow, and mindful movement, ensuring each participant leaves feeling stronger, balanced, and confident in their practice.
